Our mission :

To defend the rights and dignity of the child worldwide

Asia and the Middle East

The rights of children in Asia are applied in an unevenly manner across countries. In Japan, the situation of the rights of a child is comparable to that of France while in South Asia and South East, children are much more vulnerable.
Poverty, sexual exploitation, lack of infrastructure to accommodate children (daycare centers, schools, recreation centers, etc.) and conflicts and unhealthy living conditions inevitably lead to a violation of the rights of the child.

BICE intervenes in Cambodia with the help of its partners to promote access to education for children in rural areas and assist children who are victims of abuse and sexual violence.

In India, despite economic progress, social disparities remain significant. Working in partnership with local NGOs for more than 10 years, BICE has been focusing its efforts on improving the living conditions of small children of workers.
