Ofrece nuevas oportunidades para hacer efectivos los derechos de los NNA, aunque tambi\u00e9n plantea riesgos relacionados con su violaci\u00f3n o abuso.&nbsp;La Observaci\u00f3n General n\u00ba 25 del Comit\u00e9 de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o de la ONU relativa a&nbsp;<em>los derechos de los ni\u00f1os en relaci\u00f3n con el entorno digital<\/em>&nbsp;(2021) reconoce el papel destacado del Internet en el desarrollo de los NNA;&nbsp;pero, al mismo tiempo, sensibiliza sobre la magnitud y el impacto de la violencia en l\u00ednea&nbsp;hacia&nbsp;los NNA. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala pistas de actuaci\u00f3n para los Estados, el mundo de Internet y las redes sociales y los actores de la sociedad civil.
