Les enfants \u00e9taient plac\u00e9s dans des orphelinats \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, o\u00f9 aucune activit\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue pour leur d\u00e9veloppement et leur bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Le Kazakhstan a mis en place un Plan d\u2019action 2012-2018 afin de favoriser la d\u00e9sinstitutionnalisation des enfants en situation de handicap, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des familles d\u2019accueil et l\u2019ouverture de foyers de type familial.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la plupart des parents, faute d\u2019information et de soutien, abandonne encore leur enfant diagnostiqu\u00e9 avec un handicap mental profond. Certains se voient proposer, d\u00e8s la maternit\u00e9, le placement ; d\u2019autres se tournent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames vers l\u2019institution avant que leur enfant n\u2019atteigne ses 3 ans.<\/p>\n<h2>Le BICE agit aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des enfants en situation de handicap au Kazakhstan<\/h2>\n<p>Avec le projet \u00ab Changer une vie \u00bb, le BICE et son partenaire le Centre Kenes visent \u00e0 <strong>pr\u00e9venir et r\u00e9duire le placement des enfants handicap\u00e9s en institution, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la sensibilisation des parents et un accompagnement adapt\u00e9 des enfants d\u00e8s leur plus jeune \u00e2ge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le Centre Kenes a mis en place un service de consultation pour les jeunes parents.<br \/>\nL&#8217;\u00e9quipe re\u00e7oit environ 15 enfants par mois.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Son \u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire (psychologue, sp\u00e9cialiste en psychomotricit\u00e9, \u00e9ducateur, \u2026) pose un diagnostic fin sur le handicap de l\u2019enfant.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9labore un plan individuel d\u2019accompagnement pr\u00e9coce, v\u00e9ritable plan de travail avec toutes les actions des professionnels qui \u0153uvrent autour de l\u2019enfant (\u00e9ducateur, travailleur social, \u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Les parents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un soutien psychologique professionnel et sont form\u00e9s pour mieux assurer la prise en charge de leur enfant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, les m\u00e9decins sont sensibilis\u00e9s, via des brochures et des tables rondes, \u00e0 lutter contre l\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n<h2>Activit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019un service de consultation pour mieux \u00e9valuer et orienter les enfants.<\/li>\n<li>Accompagnement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de chaque enfant.<\/li>\n<li>Soutien aux familles.<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilisation et formation du personnel m\u00e9dical pour une meilleure prise en charge des enfants et pour pr\u00e9venir l\u2019abandon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"background-color: #cfedcf;\">Voir aussi le projet \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/georgie-enfants-situation-de-handicap\/\">Changer une vie<\/a> \u00bb en G\u00e9orgie.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: #cfedcf;\">Voir aussi le projet \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/russie-enfants-situation-de-handicap\/\">Changer une vie<\/a> \u00bb en Russie.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au Kazakhstan, des enfants handicap\u00e9s sont toujours plac\u00e9s en institution, emp\u00eachant leur d\u00e9veloppement et bien-\u00eatre.
