{"id":1874,"date":"2011-06-16T12:17:40","date_gmt":"2011-06-16T12:17:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/congres-2011-droit-education\/"},"modified":"2017-05-30T13:01:40","modified_gmt":"2017-05-30T13:01:40","slug":"congres-international-du-bice-2011-droit-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/congres-international-du-bice-2011-droit-education\/","title":{"rendered":"Droit \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation &#8211; Congr\u00e8s International du BICE en 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un contexte de migration intensifi\u00e9e et de fragilisation des familles o\u00f9 de plus en plus d\u2019enfants sont exclus du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif, le BICE a invit\u00e9 tous les acteurs institutionnels et de terrain \u00e0 mener une r\u00e9flexion de fond sur le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour tous.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Congr\u00e8s international du BICE en 2011<\/h2>\n<p>Il a permis :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>de r\u00e9affirmer le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation comme un imp\u00e9ratif majeur, dans un monde en profond bouleversement, o\u00f9 des millions d\u2019enfants se retrouvent exclus du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif pour cause de troubles politiques, de migrations internationales, de fragilisation des familles.<\/li>\n<li>de d\u00e9finir des recommandations concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 destination des autorit\u00e9s internationales et nationales et des organisations travaillant sur le terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Maison de l\u2019Unesco accueille le congr\u00e8s du BICE<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le congr\u00e8s du BICE a eu lieu le 23 mai \u00e0 la Maison de l\u2019Unesco, Paris. Environ 300 participants ont assist\u00e9 aux interventions riches et vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s les allocutions d&#8217;ouverture de <strong>Messieurs TANG<\/strong> (Sous-Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l&#8217;UNESCO), <strong>ZIMERAY<\/strong> (Ambassadeur pour les droits de l&#8217;Homme de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise), <strong>CONTENT<\/strong> (Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Apprentis d&#8217;Auteuil) et <strong>MARIE-LANOE<\/strong> (Pr\u00e9sident du BICE), les interventions des experts suivants ont permis de pr\u00e9senter quelques exp\u00e9riences novatrices particuli\u00e8rement pertinentes pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux droits \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation pour des enfants en rupture familiale et sociale :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Madame Cristina COGGI<\/strong>, Professeur de p\u00e9dagogie exp\u00e9rimentale \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Turin, a ainsi \u00e9voqu\u00e9 le Projet Ph\u00e9nix, qui utilise les nouvelles technologies comme support de r\u00e9silience pour des enfants en situation difficile ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monsieur Lorenzo TEBAR<\/strong>, Psychologue, Docteur en Sciences de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation a attir\u00e9 l&#8217;attention sur l&#8217;imp\u00e9rieuse n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mieux former les enseignants pour \u00e9viter les situations d&#8217;\u00e9chec ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Madame Cristina CASTELLI<\/strong>, Professeur de Sciences de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 catholique du Sacr\u00e9 C\u0153ur de Milan, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la \u00ab Fabrique du Talent \u00bb, une m\u00e9thode \u00e9prouv\u00e9e qui s&#8217;adresse aux jeunes en situation de traumatisme et leur permet de commencer \u00e0 se reconstruire ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messieurs FERNANDEZ<\/strong>, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Coll\u00e8ge universitaire Henry Dunant \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, et <strong>SINGH<\/strong>, Rapporteur Sp\u00e9cial des Nations Unies sur le doit \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, ont ensuite soulign\u00e9 les perspectives majeures de d\u00e9veloppement incluses dans l&#8217;exercice du droit \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La journ\u00e9e s&#8217;est termin\u00e9e avec l&#8217;intervention de Monsieur DELEVOYE, Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil \u00e9conomique, social et environnemental et M\u00e9diateur de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise, qui a conclu par une question fondamentale, au c\u0153ur de notre Congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voir les vid\u00e9os de son intervention<\/h2>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Partie 1<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Qd-XTj73v-Q\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" seamless=\"seamless\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Partie 2<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VEW07mAkSTY\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" seamless=\"seamless\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour son congr\u00e8s international en 2011, le BICE a choisi comme th\u00e9matique le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":22497,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[176],"tags":[1148,400],"class_list":["post-1874","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congres-internationaux","tag-congres-international-du-bice","tag-education"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
