Le travail men\u00e9 au Paraguay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexte local<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l\u2019Institut national des statistiques (INE, 2022), la pauvret\u00e9 touche pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart de la population paraguayenne, avec une hausse marqu\u00e9e de l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9 dans les zones rurales, notamment \u00e0 Alto Paran\u00e1. L\u2019informalit\u00e9 du travail demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Depuis la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement et l\u2019\u00e9tat des infrastructures scolaires se sont d\u00e9grad\u00e9s, tandis que les ressources publiques destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation restent limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, le pays fait face \u00e0 un cadre institutionnel affaibli par la corruption et par des r\u00e9sistances politiques conservatrices, freinant les avanc\u00e9es dans la protection de l\u2019enfance et l\u2019\u00e9ducation fond\u00e9e sur les droits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet au Paraguay : juillet 2024-juin 2027<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organisation porteuse du projet :<\/strong> Bureau International Catholique de l\u2019Enfance (BICE)<br><strong>Partenaire local :<\/strong> Callescuela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du projet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires direct\u00b7es :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>310 enfants (2 \u00e0 16 ans) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives dans les CEPI et de cours de soutien scolaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>470 enfants (2 \u00e0 18 ans) acc\u00e8dent aux services de biblioth\u00e8ques fixes et mobiles, ludoth\u00e8ques et salles informatiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>64 jeunes leaders sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 la bientraitance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>280 parents participent \u00e0 des ateliers de parentalit\u00e9 responsable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 acteurs \u00e9ducatifs et 30 r\u00e9f\u00e9rents communautaires sont form\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux droits et les techniques de plaidoyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 autorit\u00e9s locales et 20 OSC sont sensibilis\u00e9es au droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires indirect\u00b7es :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 8 900 enfants, 9 000 membres de leurs familles et 15 fonctionnaires publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats et principales activit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif sp\u00e9cifique :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enfants en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 sont acteurs de leurs droits dans un environnement protecteur et favorable \u00e0 leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats attendus :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les enfants vuln\u00e9rables acc\u00e8dent et se maintiennent dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les familles et communaut\u00e9s adoptent des pratiques bientraitantes et protectrices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le plaidoyer local favorise une meilleure prise en compte du droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation dans les politiques publiques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principales activit\u00e9s :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gestion de cinq espaces d\u2019\u00e9veil petite enfance (CEPI), de biblioth\u00e8ques et ludoth\u00e8ques (fixes et mobiles) favorisant l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cours de soutien scolaire, formations \u00e0 la lecture et \u00e0 l\u2019usage du num\u00e9rique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ateliers de parentalit\u00e9 responsable et diffusion d\u2019outils sur la participation des p\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formation de jeunes leaders et d\u2019acteurs \u00e9ducatifs \u00e0 la bientraitance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux droits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appui au plaidoyer local et national sur le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la petite enfance, en lien avec les autorit\u00e9s publiques et les m\u00e9canismes internationaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au Paraguay, la pauvret\u00e9 persistante et la d\u00e9gradation du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif fragilisent les droits des enfants, en particulier dans les zones rurales.
