La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a accentu\u00e9 la crise \u00e9ducative, creusant les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et aggravant le retard d\u2019apprentissage des enfants. Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans ce contexte marqu\u00e9 par la faiblesse de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement public et par un environnement familial encore tr\u00e8s patriarcal, n\u00e9cessitant un accompagnement renforc\u00e9 autour de la parentalit\u00e9 et de la coh\u00e9sion familiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet au Guatemala : juillet 2024-juin 2027<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisation porteuse du projet : Bureau International Catholique de l\u2019Enfance (BICE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partenaire local : Fondation Pedro Poveda (FPP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du projet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires direct\u00b7es :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 enfants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de cours de soutien scolaire, d\u2019un accompagnement psychologique et d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 200 enfants acc\u00e8dent aux services de la biblioth\u00e8que, de la ludoth\u00e8que et de la salle d\u2019informatique de FPP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 enfants des zones rurales profitent d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que mobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>220 adolescents sont sensibilis\u00e9s aux droits de l\u2019enfant et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 jeunes leaders sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 la bientraitance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux droits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 parents participent \u00e0 des ateliers de parentalit\u00e9 responsable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 enseignants et 13 acteurs \u00e9ducatifs renforcent leurs capacit\u00e9s sur les codes de conduite et le plaidoyer local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 autorit\u00e9s locales, 20 acteurs \u00e9ducatifs et 10 OSC sont sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la promotion du droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires indirect\u00b7es :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 1 200 enfants, 3 000 membres de leurs familles, 12 fonctionnaires publics et 5 OSC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats et principales activit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif sp\u00e9cifique :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enfants en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 sont acteurs de leurs droits dans un environnement protecteur et favorable \u00e0 leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats attendus :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les enfants vuln\u00e9rables consolident leurs apprentissages et leur maintien dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les familles et \u00e9coles adoptent des pratiques bientraitantes et respectueuses des droits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les initiatives de plaidoyer favorisent la reconnaissance du droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation dans les politiques publiques locales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principales activit\u00e9s :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gestion et am\u00e9lioration des espaces \u00e9ducatifs (biblioth\u00e8que, ludoth\u00e8que, salle d\u2019informatique) et cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que mobile en zones rurales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation de cours de soutien scolaire, d\u2019ateliers de lecture, de peinture, de danse et d\u2019informatique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formations et ateliers de parentalit\u00e9 responsable, notamment sur la participation des p\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formation d\u2019enseignants, d\u2019acteurs \u00e9ducatifs et de jeunes leaders \u00e0 la bientraitance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux droits.
