De quoi renforcer le travail mis en place depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es <a href=\"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/actions-de-terrain\/domaines-daction\/handicap\/\">en faveur de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation inclusive.<\/a> Les objectifs\u00a0vis\u00e9s\u00a0: proposer un parcours scolaire adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque enfant, faciliter son inclusion en classe et son apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>Quelque 100 enfants, atteints d\u2019un trouble du spectre autistique ou de troubles du d\u00e9veloppement intellectuel et neuropsychique, ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 scolaris\u00e9s dans des classes ordinaires (aussi appel\u00e9es inclusives) de trois \u00e9coles diff\u00e9rentes. 60 d\u2019entre eux, \u00e2g\u00e9s entre 7 et 18 ans, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de cours individuels suppl\u00e9mentaires plusieurs fois par semaine. Par ailleurs, tous les enfants sont accompagn\u00e9s par des assistants de vie scolaire (AVS), employ\u00e9s et form\u00e9s par le projet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des classes d\u2019adaptation pr\u00e9sentes dans deux \u00e9coles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fin 2018, l\u2019association a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un partenariat avec trois nouvelles \u00e9coles de Douchanb\u00e9. 13 enfants en situation de handicap ont ainsi pu \u00eatre scolaris\u00e9s pr\u00e8s de chez eux. Parall\u00e8lement, 43 jeunes de 6 \u00e0 18 ans, atteints de handicaps plus lourds, ont suivi les enseignements d\u2019une des classes d\u2019adaptation cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans deux \u00e9coles de Douchanb\u00e9. Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un plan d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de d\u00e9veloppement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses capacit\u00e9s. Il peut apprendre, \u00e0 son rythme, \u00e0 lire, \u00e9crire, communiquer, vivre en collectivit\u00e9. Et participe \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s artistiques et culinaires. Les enfants ont de surcro\u00eet eu \u00e0 disposition des trampolines et balan\u00e7oires sensorielles. Des outils qui contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement de leurs capacit\u00e9s sensorielles et cognitives.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi inscrits dans l\u2019une des classes d\u2019adaptation, 30 enfants de 6 \u00e0 8 ans, \u00e9l\u00e8ves potentiels de classes inclusives, ont suivi un programme de pr\u00e9paration. Propos\u00e9 tous les jours ou deux fois par semaine, ce dispositif devrait faciliter leur inclusion \u00e0 un cursus ordinaire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Parents et enseignants accompagn\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019association a \u00e9galement men\u00e9 des actions aupr\u00e8s des familles et des enseignants. En petits groupes de cinq, 30 parents ont suivi une formation de six heures sur l\u2019inclusion. Parmi les sujets abord\u00e9s ? Comment aider leurs enfants \u00e0 faire leurs devoirs, comment les soutenir psychologiquement pour am\u00e9liorer leur\u00a0socialisation, comment exiger le respect de leur droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les enseignants, eux, ont re\u00e7u des mat\u00e9riaux Ulis (unit\u00e9s localis\u00e9es pour l\u2019inclusion scolaire), venus de France et traduits en russe et en tadjik. Cela leur permet d&#8217;avoir une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du r\u00f4le qu\u2019ils peuvent jouer aupr\u00e8s de ces enfants\u00a0: comment favoriser leur autonomie et leur adaptation aux r\u00e8gles de la vie scolaire, comment d\u00e9velopper les liens sociaux et, \u00e0 terme, les aider \u00e0 trouver un projet d\u2019insertion professionnelle concert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive, une alternative \u00e0 l\u2019institutionnalisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Enfin, en avril 2019, un partenariat a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu avec deux internats de Douchanb\u00e9. L\u2019objectif\u00a0? Promouvoir, aupr\u00e8s des parents, l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive comme alternative \u00e0 l\u2019institutionnalisation. Ces derniers ont notamment pu participer \u00e0 des s\u00e9minaires sur le droit de l\u2019enfant \u00e0 vivre en famille et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#8217;un accompagnement psychologique sur la parentalit\u00e9. Des sorties familiales ont \u00e9galement permis de tisser des liens affectifs plus forts entre les enfants et leurs parents.<\/p>\n<p>Trois familles ont ainsi choisi de d\u00e9sinstitutionnaliser leurs enfants \u00e0 partir de septembre 2019. Soutenues par Iroda, elles les ont scolaris\u00e9s dans l\u2019une des classes d\u2019adaptation. Pour une inclusion progressive.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sensibiliser le grand public et les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iroda a organis\u00e9, tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e scolaire, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de sensibilisation au handicap et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive. Ev\u00e9nements qui contribuent \u00e0 changer le regard de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur ces enfants. Quelques exemples\u00a0: d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de mode, d\u00e9bats sur l\u2019inclusion scolaire organis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents lieux publics et dans les m\u00e9dias, activit\u00e9s r\u00e9unissant des enfants avec ou sans handicap, \u00e9ducation par les pairs\u2026 Le minist\u00e8re du Travail du Tadjikistan a \u00e9galement accept\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudier la requ\u00eate d\u2019Iroda d\u2019inclure le m\u00e9tier d\u2019assistant de vie scolaire (AVS) dans le registre des m\u00e9tiers officiels.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpmf-gallerys wpmf-gallerys-life \" ><div id=\"gallery-1\"
