{"id":53369,"date":"2020-12-01T14:53:37","date_gmt":"2020-12-01T13:53:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bice.org\/?p=53369"},"modified":"2020-12-01T16:34:52","modified_gmt":"2020-12-01T15:34:52","slug":"education-inclusive-un-bilan-source-despoir-au-tadjikistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/education-inclusive-un-bilan-source-despoir-au-tadjikistan\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9ducation inclusive : un bilan source d\u2019espoir au Tadjikistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>219 enfants en situation de handicap mental ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/bice.org\/fr\/actions-de-terrain\/domaines-daction\/handicap\/\">\u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9<\/a> et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs besoins dans le cadre de ce projet d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 Douchanb\u00e9 depuis septembre 2018. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un important travail de sensibilisation, notre partenaire local <a href=\"https:\/\/autism-tj.weebly.com\/\">Iroda<\/a> a en effet r\u00e9ussi, au cours de la 2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e du projet, \u00e0 mobiliser 14 nouvelles \u00e9coles publiques&nbsp;; permettant ainsi \u00e0 de nombreux enfants d\u2019\u00eatre scolaris\u00e9s pr\u00e8s de chez eux.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un plan d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de d\u00e9veloppement personnalis\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, 17 \u00e9coles accueillent en classe ordinaire des enfants en situation de handicap mental \u00e2g\u00e9s entre 6 et 18 ans. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre objectif est de proposer \u00e0 chacun un plan d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de d\u00e9veloppement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses capacit\u00e9s.<\/em> <em>Certains scolaris\u00e9s en classe ordinaire sont accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019un assistant de vie scolaire (AVS)*.<\/em> <em>D\u2019autres b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de cours individuels en compl\u00e9ment. Enfin, deux des \u00e9coles ont aussi des classes d\u2019adaptation destin\u00e9es aux enfants porteurs des handicaps les plus lourds. Ils y apprennent comment lire, \u00e9crire ou communiquer&nbsp;; chacun \u00e0 son rythme et selon son handicap. Et pratiquent des activit\u00e9s artistiques et culinaires. Nous souhaitons favoriser leur \u00e9panouissement et qu\u2019ils apprennent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux de la vie collective<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Iroda.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une meilleure coop\u00e9ration entre les enseignants, les AVS et les parents <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour ce faire, l\u2019association a \u00e9galement, au cours du projet, am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les outils et m\u00e9thodes de travail mis \u00e0 disposition des enseignants. Avec, entre autres, l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019\u00e9quipement th\u00e9rapeutique et r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif n\u00e9cessaire aux classes d\u2019adaptation. La mise en place par l\u2019Institut de formation continue pour les enseignants de Douchanb\u00e9 d\u2019un module sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive participe \u00e9galement \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des enseignants. Ces derniers ont notamment appris \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer davantage avec les assistants de vie scolaire et les parents. Ils reconnaissent d\u00e9sormais l\u2019importance du r\u00f4le des parents dans le processus d\u2019inclusion. Et les consultent plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des formations propos\u00e9es aux parents<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iroda a par ailleurs propos\u00e9 des formations aux parents d\u2019enfants en situation de handicap. Et ce, pour les aider \u00e0 mieux soutenir leurs enfants dans le processus d\u2019inclusion. 68 parents ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ce soutien. \u00ab<em>&nbsp;Ils ont acquis les connaissances mais aussi la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9fendre le droit de leurs enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Ils ont \u00e9galement appris \u00e0 mieux accepter leurs propres enfants. Ainsi, ils les socialisent davantage en les emmenant \u00e0 la piscine, au cin\u00e9ma&#8230;&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Iroda a \u00e9galement men\u00e9 des actions d\u2019information aupr\u00e8s de plus de 300 parents dont les enfants vivent en internat. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de leur faire conna\u00eetre les alternatives \u00e0 l\u2019institutionnalisation et, notamment, l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive. Cela passe par l\u2019organisation, au sein des \u00e9coles, d\u2019activit\u00e9s communes entre les enfants en situation de handicap et les autres.&nbsp; Mais aussi par des campagnes radio, t\u00e9l\u00e9, r\u00e9seaux sociaux sur les avantages de l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons pu constater les premiers changements. Aupr\u00e8s des enfants qui ont appris \u00e0 inclure leurs pairs en situation de handicap ; des parents qui leur proposent davantage d\u2019activit\u00e9s extrascolaires ; d\u2019\u00e9tablissements de loisirs qui nous ont fait part de leur volont\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre plus inclusifs ; ou encore aupr\u00e8s des journalistes qui se sont empar\u00e9s du sujet<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb Des avanc\u00e9es essentielles pour ces enfants qui, il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps, \u00e9taient encore consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00ab&nbsp;in\u00e9ducables&nbsp;\u00bb par le syst\u00e8me scolaire tadjike h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union sovi\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*<\/strong> Iroda a demand\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation tadjike la reconnaissance officielle du statut d\u2019assistant de vie scolaire (AVS). Sans r\u00e9ponse pour l\u2019instant. Pour pallier cet immobilisme, le partenaire local a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une requ\u00eate aupr\u00e8s du minist\u00e8re du Travail pour inclure le m\u00e9tier d\u2019AVS dans le registre des m\u00e9tiers officiels. Le minist\u00e8re y a r\u00e9pondu positivement.
