A final statement directed to governments, civil society organizations and the media.
At the end of this day, which gathered 250 participants and about 20 high-level international contributors, BICE has made a final statement public.
Addressed to governments, civil society organizations and the media, this statement aims to incorporate all facets of sexual abuse against children in public policy from methods of prevention to the conviction of abusers.
The final statement: an advocacy tool for the years to come.
This statement will be used for support by BICE in the future to establish its advocacy and awareness actions with regard to the painful subject of child sexual abuse.
It will be especially used at the international level during UN interventions and spread considerably to our network of 69 member organizations across the world in order to support regional and local advocacy actions.
